Having its own plant lets Biomi Holding run ductwork production directly, from working through the technical requirements to delivering the finished goods. That reduces dependence on outside suppliers, gives the company control over production timelines, and helps it offer clients competitive terms.
The plant is in the Orkhevi district of Tbilisi. A direct line between the project team and the plant means technical questions can be worked through quickly and changes to the schedule reflected in good time. That matters most on projects with non-standard parts, individual configurations and firmly fixed delivery dates.
Colour and finishing
Alongside fabrication, the plant can paint ductwork in whatever colour is required. The colour is chosen from the RAL catalogue, and painted elements go through the appropriate heat treatment in a dedicated oven.
That matters most in spaces with an open ceiling, where the engineering services stay visible in the interior. On those projects a duct is no longer only a technical element: its form, the quality of its execution and its colour become part of the overall architectural concept.
With the new line running, Biomi Holding has increased its capacity to produce ductwork in any configuration, and can answer the requirements of each project more flexibly. The added capacity lets the company serve projects of differing scale and technical demand at the same time.
