Project specifics
Training zones of different intensity each called for their own air-exchange rate and temperature. Particular attention went to supplying fresh air in line with the number of visitors, removing excess heat and humidity, and the extract ventilation for the showers and changing rooms.
Solution
We fitted ducted air-conditioning and ventilation systems throughout. For heating we installed condensing boilers from the Italian brand Beretta, and for hot water, Omega water heaters.
The exposed ductwork was matched to the loft architecture and finished in electrostatically applied powder coating, which gives the surface the mechanical and corrosion resistance it needs in daily use.
The engineering work was carried out in coordination with the client and tailored to the functional and technical needs of each zone.
