At ORO, a 400 m² venue in the Strada restaurant group, Biomi Holding carried out the complete engineering and installation of the heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
Project specifics
Planning HVAC for the HoReCa sector is particularly complex. A professional kitchen, guest areas and the various functional zones each create different thermal loads and air-change requirements. An effective engineering solution therefore demands an understanding of what each space is for, and the correct integration of the systems with one another.
The solution
On the ORO project, Biomi Holding's engineering solution was developed around the specifics of the venue and its real loads. Heating, cooling and ventilation were planned as a single HVAC infrastructure in which every component answers a specific functional requirement.
Heating is provided by Warmhaus condensing boilers, while the cooling and ventilation systems were selected and integrated to suit the specifics of the venue.
The ORO project reflects Biomi Holding's approach to the HoReCa sector - the engineering solution is created from the function of the space, not the space from the capabilities of an existing system.
