In a building like this, comfort is not made by architecture and interiors alone - a significant part of its foundation is engineering that has been properly planned. For Chateau Mephis Kalaki, Biomi Holding designed the heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
Project specifics
A hospitality building asks HVAC to manage spaces that behave quite differently. Guest rooms, communal and relaxation areas and other functional zones all run in their own regimes, yet together they have to produce one coherent environment.
The solution
The engineering team's task was exactly that: to bring those differing requirements into a single system and build an HVAC solution fitted to the building. The project uses Vortice and ÜNTES technology, specified as part of one combined heating, cooling and ventilation concept.
The Chateau Mephis Kalaki project reflects Biomi Holding's approach to engineering infrastructure in the hospitality sector - a technical solution has to answer not only the building's parameters but the function of the space, how it will be used, and its specific requirements.
